These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zixsom mobile application, website, games, accounts, rewards, advertisements, community features, support channels, and related services operated by ZIXSOM PRIVATE LIMITED("Zixsom," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Zixsom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zixsom.
Zixsom provides digital board games, puzzle games, casual games, game guides, player accounts, achievements, rewards, leaderboards, community tools, advertisements, in-app purchases, and related entertainment features. Current and future titles may include Ludo, Snake & Ladder, Business, Sudoku, Fit Grid, Shuffle, LineUp, Block Burst, and other board, puzzle, and casual games. Features may vary by region, device, app version, game mode, and availability.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Zixsom is permitted under applicable laws and platform rules. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you should use Zixsom only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required.
Some features may require an account or supported authentication method, such as Google sign-in, email, mobile number, OTP, or another login option made available in the app. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
Each game may include its own rules, scoring, difficulty, modes, achievements, virtual rewards, rankings, missions, events, or progression. You agree to follow the rules shown in the app.
Zixsom may offer paid downloads, subscriptions, virtual currency, digital items, extra play, ad-free access, cosmetic items, or other digital content. If Zixsom is distributed through Google Play, in-app purchases of digital goods will use Google Play Billing unless Google Play policy allows another method.
Zixsom may show ads, sponsored content, rewarded ads, cross-promotions, or offers. Ads may be personalized or contextual depending on your settings, consent, region, and applicable law. Rewarded ads may grant in-app benefits only after the required conditions are completed and verified.
Zixsom may offer community features such as profiles, display names, leaderboards, clubs, friend features, chat, comments, messages, user reports, or shared content. You are responsible for content you submit or display.
You must not post or share content that:
We may moderate, remove, hide, restrict, report, preserve, or disable content or accounts where appropriate. Community features may include tools to report objectionable content or users, and we may take action based on reports, automated signals, or manual review.

Zixsom, including its app, website, game designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, artwork, animations, audio, code, interfaces, brands, and related content, is owned by or licensed to ZIXSOM PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zixsom for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
If you submit content to Zixsom, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, adapt, publish, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect Zixsom. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
Zixsom may integrate third-party services such as Google Play, Google sign-in, payment providers, advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, cloud hosting, and customer support tools. Your use of those services may be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information. By using Zixsom, you acknowledge that we process information as described in the Privacy Policy and any in-app notices.
You may request account deletion through the in-app flow where available, the account deletion page, or by contacting contact@zixsom.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the platform, or if required by law or platform policy. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update, balance, limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue games, modes, rewards, community features, ads, purchases, or services at any time. Zixsom may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network issues, device limitations, third-party services, or events outside our control.
Zixsom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that Zixsom will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or that scores, rewards, purchases, community features, or game progress will always be available or preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIXSOM PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of data, profits, rewards, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of Zixsom. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZIXSOM PRIVATE LIMITEDfrom claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Zixsom, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of another person's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, courts located in Bihar, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or Zixsom.
We may update these Terms as Zixsom, our products, laws, or platform requirements change. We will update the effective date when changes are published. Continued use of Zixsom after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
